Melissa O'Rourke

Melissa O’Rourke is a communications and marketing professional dedicated to advancing education and youth well-being through strategic storytelling. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Sacred Heart University and currently serves as Senior Marketing and Communications Coordinator at the Brandt Behavioral Health Treatment Center and Retreat at Rutgers University.

With prior experience at Columbia University’s School of Nursing and Notre Dame Academy, Melissa has developed and led social media strategies, multimedia campaigns, and community engagement initiatives that have elevated institutional visibility and strengthened connections with students, families, and stakeholders.
