Bio

Nadica Hegedus is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing trauma-informed, evidence-based care to adolescents and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and crisis settings. She specializes in comprehensive assessments, risk evaluations, and treatment planning for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, and major life transitions.

Hegedus's therapeutic approach integrates trauma-focused, psychodynamic, and skills-based modalities, tailored to each youth’s developmental needs and cultural background. She is trained in Transactional Analysis and certified in Personality-Focused Therapy and the Redecision Process. Additionally, she is also certified in Trauma Resolution Energy Therapy (TRET), a trauma-informed method that helps reduce the emotional intensity of traumatic memories without re-traumatization.

Hegedus is committed to creating a safe, collaborative environment that strengthens emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy identity development

She is bilingual (English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian) and brings a culturally responsive perspective to my work with diverse youth and families.
