Bio
Nyla Rock-Vanloo, LCSW, is a trauma-informed psychotherapist and Organizational Development leader working across New York’s non-profit sector and private practice. She brings over a decade of experience in culturally affirming anti-oppressive care and workforce development.
Rock-Vanloo holds a BA in Psychology from Agnes Scott College and an MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College (CUNY). Currently a Doctoral student at the Rutgers School of Social Work, her research centers on employee wellbeing and the integration of trauma-informed practices into organizational culture.
