Payal Arora, LCSW

Payal Arora is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey with extensive experience providing individual and family therapy to adolescents and young adults.  

She earned her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University and brings over six years of experience providing individual and family therapy. Her clinical experience spans mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related symptoms, adjustment difficulties, and interpersonal challenges.  

Arora utilizes a strength-based and client-centered approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioral and trauma-informed interventions to support clients in developing insight, resilience, and adaptive coping strategies.
