Bio

Jocelyn Daigle is a Program Manager at Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care and a Licensed Professional Counselor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Board-Certified Dance/Movement Therapist with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health. She is known for her collaborative, compassionate approach to leadership and her commitment to supporting both patients and care teams.

Before joining Rutgers, Daigle served as Manager of Outpatient Behavioral Health at Jefferson Health Hospital, where she led multidisciplinary teams and oversaw intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs serving thousands of patients annually. Her earlier experience includes clinical and supervisory roles at Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital and Camden County Health Services Center, where she provided therapy and mentored developing clinicians.

She earned her Master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling from Antioch University New England and brings expertise in program development, quality improvement, and trauma-informed care. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, she is dedicated to fostering high-quality, patient-centered services and strong, supportive teams.
