Anne Marie Foley
Bio
Anne Marie Foley earned her B.S. in Psychological Sciences and B.A. in Spanish from Purdue University Honors College. She researched immigrant integration and the needs of the immigrant population in the greater Lafayette, IN, area for her undergraduate capstone thesis.
Foley continued working with immigrants after graduation as an immigration paralegal and, most recently, as a bilingual client advocate at a domestic violence safe house. She works with Spanish-speaking clinical populations in her doctoral training and spent two years engaged in research at the Lab for Immigrant Rights and Mental Health at the Rutgers Center for Youth Social Emotional Wellness.
Foley enjoys treating children and families as well as implementing individual therapy interventions from a trauma-informed psychodynamic lens. In her personal life, she loves spending quality time with her partner, cuddling her Samoyed, and traveling whenever possible.
